The Work:

In this role you will work closely with the Developers and Project Manager/Media team to drive project plans and schedules, ensure all assigned projects are delivered on-time, and that all key stakeholders are informed and expectations are managed.

  • Ensure all assigned projects and project milestones are delivered to agreed timelines and quality levels
  • Analyze project requirements, develop iteration plans, and assess opportunities for future growth
  • Develop risk management and mitigation strategies; identify scope creep
  • Develop projects lists with key dates, progress and team leader and update weekly
  • Communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain best practices that meet client needs and provide continual improvement to our operations
  • Research and implement planning tools for project timeline, critical paths, production schedules, etc.
  • Manage project production and communications and documentation of any issues, changes, or required performances that impact the project
  • Provide recommendation for hardware and technology for projects
  • Reconcile all interactive project budgets and prepare post event analysis of interactive projects
  • Be inventive, proactive and driven to improve

The writer will work on a high-profile, German-engineered brand across the home appliance/kitchen category. The ideal candidate is a "writer's writer," whose gift for words is matched only by their strategic thinking, wit and creativity, positive disposition and strong work ethic.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years copywriting experience at an advertising agency, plus relevant portfolio samples
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to interface regularly with the client in a professional manner
